On Friday, November 25, 2022, the Museum in Svätý Anton hosted the ceremonial evaluation and opening of the jubilee 25th National Photography Contest The Most Beautiful Vacation Photo.
The renovated basement spaces provided a pleasant backdrop for the award-winning photographs, and approximately 40 guests attended the vernissage. The main organizer of The Most Beautiful Vacation Photo contest is the Pohronské Cultural Center in Žiar nad Hronom, with co-organizers being the City of Banská Štiavnica and the Museum in Svätý Anton.
A total of 258 photographs from 46 participants were submitted to the contest, not only from Slovakia but also from abroad.
