An inseparable part of the history of the manor house in Svätý Anton is the Koháry and Coburg families, who gathered beautiful works of art and craftsmanship created by skilled artists and craftsmen from various parts of the world from the early 18th century to the early 20th century.
The rich furnishings of the manor, which you can admire in the art-historical exhibition, reflect the lifestyle, taste, and interests of these two families. Thanks to its exceptional completeness, authentic form, and diversity of collections, the entire complex was declared a national cultural monument in 1985.
